Raising funds to support a non-profit or charitable organization can be difficult and time consuming. Whenever any person clicks on the link or banner, or goes to your ClubShop.com webpage and signs up for a free membership in our Buyer's Club, your organization gets the credit for referring them. Any purchases made by Members that your organization referred, will earn the purchasing Member "Reward Points" (which are redeemable for Cash Back rebates or Gift Certificates) AND we will credit a percentage of each purchase back to your organization as a charitable donation.
The percentage donated will vary, but typically averages about 2% and can be as much as 6%, depending on the commission we earn from the store. How much the donations can total each month will depend on where the purchases are made, how much they total each month and how many people your organization refers to become Members.
If the average purchases in a month by a Member you referred totaled $100.00, then approximately $2.00 would be donated to your organization as a charitable donation. Here are some examples of how much the donations can be:
100 Members referred X $2.00 each = $200.00 per month or $2,400.00 per year
500 Members referred X $2.00 each = $1000.00 per month or $12,000.00 per year
1,000 Members referred X $2.00 each = $2,000.00 per month or $24,000.00 per year
Here's How To Get Started:
1. Review the Affinity Groups Terms of Agreement and complete and submit our online application. Once
your application has been approved, your organization will receive an Affinity Group ID number to log
into your Affinity Group Control Center and a Membership ID number to shop with and to refer others
as Members.
2. Once you log in to your Affinity Group Control Center, your organization will have access to custom
links and Banner Ads to post to your website (and your supporter's websites), newsletters,
bulletins, brochures, etc. Your Affinity Group banner and links will take people directly to ClubShop.com
with your Affinity Group Membership ID Number embedded, so if they make a purchase or sign up for a
free membership, your non-profit organization will get the credit for it. When a referred person makes a
purchase at our ClubShop Online Mall, that person will receive Reward Points for their purchase and
your non-profit organization will receive a donation credit!
3. Members referred, purchases and donation credit information are shown in a report, viewable at your
Affinity Group Control Center. Credits are accumulated and totaled on a monthly basis, to be paid as
a charitable donation to your organization.
4. Members may also elect to donate their cash value of their Reward Points balances to your
organization. These donations are also mailed out on a monthly basis.
