2. Free Membership is lifetime unless member uprades membership or deletes his/her
membership or is deleted by Administration.
2a. Paid Pro Membership is for lifetime unless member deletes his/her membership or is
deleted by Administration.
2b. The term of this Pro Limited is for 2 months or one year with all the benefits of a PRO
Member. At the end of the membership bonus offer (Free Pro Membership for 2 months or
one year) the member has the right to upgrade to a lifetime membership, downgrade to a
Free Member, or delete membership.
2c. Members must verify and confirm their membership wthin a 3-day period or their account
will be deleted. A member cannot have more than one (1) account.
3. We or you may terminate your account and remove your account at any time for any
reason.
4. You cannot use Super AD Response.com to promote sites encouraging illegal activity or
racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites
that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, sites that
promote any pornography or adult oriented material, or any other sites that we deem to
be inappropriate.
5. You agree not to enter into any form of spam whilst promoting Super AD Response.com
6. You agree to use our services at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is"
and "as available" basis. You agree that you have made your own determination regarding
the usefulness of the service. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to,
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the
service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service. We
do not guarantee the availability of the service. You agree not to hold us responsible for
data loss or interruption of service of any kind.
8. We retain ownership and all rights of our logos, trademarks, software, databases, and our
website.
9. If this agreement is terminated by us or by you for any reason, you agree to remove our
code, logos and trademarks from all of your websites.
